It's time to take you on a little journey of how I became the woman I am today.

Exercise has been part of my daily routine since a young age. I used to play Tennis for Telford & Wrekin and at school I was part of the tennis and rounders team and I tried my best to be good at basketball and football. God loves a trier right?
I backpacked for a year and a half after finishing uni, some of which was solo travelling. Something I would recommend to anyone. From South East Asia, to Australia, to New Zealand and finishing off in Sri Lanka. Even whilst I was away I exercised regularly. I ran, paid for weekly gym passes or I made my own HIIT workouts to do on the balcony. No excuses.
I arrived home November 2019, I surprised everyone, and I captured it all on video!
Once I got home, I found it quite hard to adjust to adjust to normal life again after living out of a backpack for so long. This is when I reached out to a local PT who helped me focus on reaching goals and get back into a routine.
Over the past few years I have researched, revised, failed, tried again, passed, helped, supported and worked incredibly hard. And here I am today!
I know lock down was a terrible time for so many, but it enabled me to create my empire.
I have sadly lost some incredible people who were and always will be a huge part of my life. This has made me the person I am today. A Strong, independent, badass boss.
You may notice in my photoshoots I involve boxing in some sort of way - My Grandad was a professional boxer - This is my way of including him in my accomplishments.
(He probably wouldn't agree with the minimal clothing in the shoots,
but I know he would be proud.)
