Cancellation & Outstanding Payments

By booking a place on a Let Luce Fitness Retreat, the participant agrees to pay the full retreat price.

All payments made are non-refundable.

The final balance must be paid in full by the date specified in the participant's payment plan.

Cancellations are not permitted within 90 days of the retreat start date. Once the retreat is within 90 days of departure, the participant remains liable for the full retreat cost regardless of whether they choose to attend, cancel, or are unable to travel for any reason.

Should a participant choose to withdraw from the retreat more than 90 days before the retreat start date, all payments made will remain non-refundable and any outstanding payments due before the cancellation date must still be paid.

Participants may transfer their place to another suitable person, subject to approval by Let Luce.

Any costs associated with changing names on flights, accommodation, transfers, activities, or other bookings will be the responsibility of the participant transferring their place.

Where a participant wishes to transfer their place, Let Luce will make reasonable efforts to assist, but acceptance of a replacement participant is not guaranteed and remains at the sole discretion of Let Luce.
